03Scope of business
Arca Labs Ltd designs, builds and operates the Arca prize-draw platform. We currently operate Kind Wins, our first community prize-draw skin, directly — meaning Arca Labs Ltd is the promoter, operator and regulated party for Kind Wins and is responsible for its regulatory, promotional, consumer-facing and tax obligations in the jurisdictions in which it operates.
Arca also intends to license the platform to third-party operators in future. Where a skin is operated by an independent third-party operator, that operator — not Arca Labs Ltd — will be the promoter and regulated party for that skin, and will be responsible for its own compliance.
04Intellectual property
The name ARCA, the Arca arch mark, and the visual identity published in our Colour Design Brief v1.0 are the property of Arca Labs Ltd. Use of these marks by operators, partners or press is permitted only under a licence or written media permission from Arca Labs Ltd.
