About us
ARCA LABS is an infrastructure studio founded by Chris Wesson and Daniel Fedak. We design, build and operate white-label platforms — then licence them to operators who bring the brand, the audience and the cause. Our first engine powers community subscription prize draws. Kind Wins is the first operator running on it.
ARCA LABS is a platform company. We build engines — not campaigns, not skins, not one-off products. The engine is the thing we ship, licence and run.

Kind Wins is the first operator skin running on ARCA. A community prize draw launching in Milton Keynes under the banner one ticket, two winners. Each week a subscriber wins a family day out — an adventure voucher and a restaurant voucher they pick themselves — and a local charity of their choosing receives a £100 donation in their name.

Co-founder & CEO
Performance-marketing operator with more than twenty years across paid acquisition, affiliate, and subscription commerce. Founded Little Star Media in 2006 and has been building and scaling direct-to-consumer marketing engines ever since.
At ARCA LABS he leads the commercial side — product positioning, operator partnerships, and the path to licensing revenue.
Co-founder & CTO
Architect and long-time collaborator. More than thirty years across enterprise platforms, subscription services and broadcast — founded VPT in 1999 and led it for two decades, with engineering at Sky and consulting for Lloyds TSB along the way. Now founder of Agileti, a data-first technology consultancy.
At ARCA LABS he owns the engine: platform architecture, engineering, and the operator tooling layer — the invisible infrastructure that has to run reliably at scale for every operator skin.
